Data controller
The publisher's details will be added shortly.
The data we use
- Your account: name, e-mail address and password (stored in encrypted form).
- The business information you give us to create your website: name, address, phone number, company number, services, opening hours, logo and photos.
- Your conversations with the assistant and the version history of your website.
- Your subscriptions and invoices. Payment data (card, bank account) is processed directly by Stripe: we do not see it.
- Technical logs (IP address, date, pages requested) for security and to keep the service running properly.
Why
- To provide the service you asked for: creating, hosting and changing your website (performance of the contract).
- To invoice and meet our accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).
- To protect the service against abuse and attacks (legitimate interest).
- To write to you about your account, your website or your subscription. We do not send advertising without your consent.
The assistant and artificial intelligence
To write and change your website, your business information and your messages to the assistant are sent to the Claude artificial intelligence service, provided by Anthropic. This data is only used to produce the texts of your website. Your contact details, opening hours and prices are never made up: they come from you.
Visitors to our customers' websites
When a visitor fills in the contact form or places an order on a customer's website, that data belongs to the customer. We process it on the customer's behalf, as a processor, only to pass on the request or the order.

Transfers outside the European Union
Some service providers may process data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. These transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards: the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep data
We keep your data as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, it is erased, except for invoices and accounting data that Belgian law requires us to keep for the legal period.
Cookies
We only use the cookies needed for the service to work: keeping you logged in, protecting forms and, on shops, remembering the cart. No advertising and no third-party audience measurement.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, erase or receive your data, to restrict its use or to object to it, by writing to the address given in our contact details. We reply within one month.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
