OndeWeb
1. The service
OndeWeb lets you create a website by answering an assistant's questions, then publish, host and change it. Depending on the plan, the service also includes your own domain name and an online shop.
2. Account and free trial
Signing up is free. Each account gets a 14-day trial without a credit card, valid for the websites created during the trial. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the accuracy of your account information.
3. Plans, prices and payment
Each website has its own plan, monthly or yearly. Prices are shown excluding VAT; Belgian VAT is added to the invoice. Payment is made by card, Bancontact or SEPA direct debit through Stripe, at the start of each period. The subscription renews automatically.
We may change our prices; you are informed by e-mail at least 30 days in advance, and the new price only applies from the next period.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel a website's plan at any time from your dashboard. The website stays online until the end of the period already paid; periods that have started are not refunded. Without an active plan after the trial or after cancellation, the website is taken offline; it comes back as soon as a plan is chosen.
5. Your content
You remain the owner of the information, photos and logos you provide, and you guarantee that you have the right to use them. You are responsible for the content published on your website, including the texts written by the assistant: read them before publishing.
We do not guarantee any particular position in search engine results.
6. Updates by the assistant
Each plan includes AI credits per month and per website (at least 100). They are used by the assistant's answers: questions, proposed changes, photos and PDFs it reads, product sheets and full rewrites; the price of each task in credits is shown in the dashboard. Unused monthly credits do not carry over. Credit packs can be bought; they are valid for 12 months. Going back to an earlier version is free. To prevent abuse, the number of messages per day is limited.
7. Online shop
With the Boutique plan, you are the seller: you set your prices, deliver your products and follow the rules on distance selling (customer information, right of withdrawal, VAT). Payments are processed by Stripe on your own account, under Stripe's terms. A 1 % commission per sale, plus the payment fees, is deducted automatically from each payment.
8. Availability
We do what is needed to keep the service available at all times, without being able to guarantee that it will never be interrupted. Maintenance is announced when possible.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to direct damage and, in total, to the amount you paid for the service concerned during the last twelve months. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as loss of turnover.
10. Personal data
We process your data in accordance with our privacy policy. For the data of your website's visitors (contact form, orders), we act as a processor on your behalf.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Significant changes are announced to you by e-mail at least 30 days before they take effect.
12. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, we first look for an amicable solution; failing that, the courts of the judicial district of the registered office of the publisher of OndeWeb have jurisdiction.
